Description

The Micro-Tec MF 2-B Milling Machine is a multifunctional industrial milling and drilling unit engineered for precision, power and reliability in professional workshops. Built from premium Meehanite cast iron, this machine offers exceptional rigidity and vibration damping, ensuring consistently accurate results across demanding machining tasks. The mechanically stepless adjustable drive, precision bearings and high concentricity of less than 0.01 mm at the quill make it ideal for heavy milling, drilling, tapping and production work.

Equipped with automatic quill feed, right/left spindle rotation for thread cutting, and precision micro-feed, the MF 2-B offers superior control over complex machining operations. The X- and Z-axes feature adjustable 55° dovetail guides, while the Y-axis uses a durable flat guide for ultra-smooth movement. A built-in coolant system, mechanical spindle brake, integrated digital position indicator (DPA 2000), and motorised feed on X/Y/Z axes bring professional-grade performance to every job.

The swivelling control arm, central lubrication system and smooth-running cross table with T-slots and coolant channels complete a machine designed for high output, long service life and flawless precision.
